Who we are: Our website address is https://cannaanswers.com.

Comments: When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the form plus IP address/browser info for spam detection. The Gravatar service privacy policy is here.

Media: Avoid uploading images with embedded location data. Visitors can extract location info from posted media.

Cookies: Cookies may be set for login, screen preferences, and comments. “Remember Me” persists 2 weeks. Admin/editor cookies store IDs temporarily.

Embedded content: Articles may include videos, images, or links. External sites may collect data and track you if logged in there.

Data sharing: Password reset requests include your IP address.

Data retention: Comments are stored indefinitely. Registered users can see/edit/delete their profile data.

Your rights: Request an export of your personal data or request erasure. Does not include data kept for legal/administrative reasons.

Data transfers: Visitor comments may be checked through automated spam detection services.

HIPAA Policy

Your Privacy: Canna Answers LLC is not a medical practice and does not keep medical records. Records are securely maintained by Progressive Osteopathic Therapies under Dr. James McEntire.

What We Retain: Only limited contact info (name, phone, email, appointment details). No physician notes, diagnoses, or certifications.

Use of Info: Strictly for scheduling and follow-up communication.

Your Rights Under HIPAA

  • Access your medical records through Progressive Osteopathic Therapies.
  • Request corrections or restrictions directly with Dr. McEntire’s office.
  • Ask for confidential communication methods.
  • Request an accounting of disclosures of your PHI.
Does Canna Answers keep my medical records?
No. Only contact info is retained. All medical records are kept by Progressive Osteopathic Therapies.
How do I access my records?

Who enforces HIPAA?
HIPAA is enforced by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights.

Refund & Returns Policy

Overview: Refunds allowed within 30 days unless otherwise stated. Consulting fees and state application fees are non-refundable.

  • Non-refundable: All consulting fees, portal assistance, state application fees, and physician certifications once filed.
  • Final sales: Once certification is filed with Missouri, no refunds apply.
  • Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping.
  • Partial refunds: May apply for opened/late returns.

Exchanges: Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. Contact deb@cannaanswers.com.
