What is the process to get a Missouri Patient ID card?
See a Missouri-licensed MD/DO (or eligible NP). Your clinician submits your certification; then you file your application and pay state fees in the portal.
We offer portal assistance for $25 + state fees. The state has up to 30 days to process. When approved,
download/print your license (no physical card mailed).

What are your business hours?

Do I have employment protections?
Some protections exist for medical patients, but job type and employer policy matter. Review:

I’m on probation or parole — can I use?
It’s complex. Article XIV has patient protections, but release terms may reference federal law. Many people seek a modification from the court

How long are medical cards and cultivation licenses valid?
Patient ID: 36 months. Patient/caregiver cultivation: 12 months (renewable).
Consumer personal cultivation: 12 months (renewable).

How much can a patient possess? How do I get more than 6 oz/month?
Standard: up to 6 oz per 30 days and a 60-day supply in possession. Your clinician can authorize higher amounts
(e.g., 12, 16, 24, 32 oz) on one certification when medically appropriate. See Rules.

Caregivers: limits and labeling?
Caregivers may possess a separate legal limit for each patient (up to six) and must keep products
stored separately and labeled by patient. With cultivation authority, follow plant and security rules.
