How much cannabis can a Missouri medical patient purchase each month?

Most patients are allotted 6 ounces per month. However, alternative allotment patients may legally purchase or possess higher amounts (12, 24, or even 32 ounces) if their physician certifies it.

Can Missouri patients cultivate cannabis at home?

Yes. With a patient cultivation license, you may grow up to 6 flowering plants, 6 non-flowering plants, and 6 clones per patient, in a secure locked facility.

Can caregivers grow cannabis for patients in Missouri?

Yes. A caregiver may cultivate cannabis on behalf of a patient if they are authorized and hold a cultivation license. Each patient’s cultivation allotment must be kept separate and secure.

Are there public consumption lounges in Missouri?

Missouri does not license cannabis consumption lounges. Some operate as private clubs or event spaces (BYOC), but public consumption remains prohibited under state law.
